If your VACURECT Luxe RX Complete or Pro Andrology Complete vacuum device did not allow you to achieve a satisfactory erection, you can contact our customer service department so they can review your complaint and process a possible refund if your case qualifies. The complaint must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. The refund conditions are detailed below.
To do this, simply call 07 68 37 13 58: one of our advisors will review your VACURECT device with you to ensure proper use and will find a suitable solution.
If, despite our usage instructions, you are unable to achieve an erection with the complete VACURECT kit, our specialists will guide you through the return process.
Please note that the refund will be based on the device itself, excluding consumables (rings, gel, etc.), and minus shipping and handling fees. The refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
After the return is approved, you must return your device (including all components of your system) within a maximum of two weeks. The VACURECT device must be returned with a letter indicating your invoice number.
Finally, this 30-day return policy is only valid for the original owner of the product. It does not apply to subsequent purchasers (products bought for a third party).
This refund policy will only be applied if the above conditions are strictly followed.
Never return the VACURECT Vacuum for a refund without first obtaining authorization from our customer service department.

We offer a lifetime warranty on the plastic components of the pump. This means we can replace or repair the pump cylinder or liner if these parts have a manufacturing or material defect. The warranty includes the replacement of the defective part. However, it does not cover products such as compression rings, lubricating gel, silicone oil, and rubber seals.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the system. It does not apply to subsequent purchasers. To benefit from this warranty, proof of purchase will be required.
