ARTICLE 2 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern sales concluded:
- With consumers (B2C)
- With professionals (B2B)
Every order implies the unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
The provisions of the French Consumer Code apply exclusively to consumers.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT
The products marketed include:
- CE-marked medical devices where indicated
- Accessories and complementary devices
Medical devices are subject to Regulation (EU) 2017/745.
Products must be used in accordance with their instructions for use and manufacturer recommendations.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICE
Prices are indicated in euros:
- Incl. VAT for consumers
- Excl. VAT for professionals where applicable
Delivery costs are specified before order validation.
Deliveries outside the European Union
Shipments are carried out according to the Incoterm® DAP (Delivered At Place – Incoterms 2020).
Customs duties, local import taxes, and formalities remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 5 – ORDER
The order is validated after:
- Product selection
- Acceptance of the GTC
- Payment validation
The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of fraud, prior dispute, or failure to pay.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately.
Accepted payment methods are those displayed on the website.
In case of refusal of bank authorization, the order will be cancelled.
ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are indicative.
In case of significant delay, the customer benefits from the rights provided under Articles L.216-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (B2C)
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right.
The customer then has 14 days to return the product.
Exclusion – Sealed Products
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code:
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for unsealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
This specifically includes:
- Medical devices for intimate use
- Sealed products
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
ARTICLE 9 – LEGAL WARRANTIES
The customer benefits from:
- The legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq.)
- The warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code)
Any use not in accordance with the instructions for use excludes the warranty.
ARTICLE 10 – LIABILITY
The products marketed:
- Do not replace a medical consultation
- Do not constitute a diagnosis
The seller’s liability cannot be held in case of:
- Misuse
- Failure to respect contraindications
- Usage not in accordance with the instructions for use
ARTICLE 11 – RETENTION OF TITLE (B2B)
Products remain the property of the seller until full payment of the price.
In case of late payment between professionals, penalties will be due in accordance with Article L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code, along with a fixed indemnity of 40€.
ARTICLE 12 – MEDIATION (B2C)
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code:

These GTC are governed by French law.
